4 Ingredient | Cali Cous Cous Salad Recipe

A few nights ago we linked up with athlete Vanessa Aders to show us how she maximizes flavor and minimizes time making her favorite go-to after work salad. The result was a fun evening prepping a simple and raw plant based meal that is healthy and satisfying for those looking to stay lean and strong!

Turn on a good jam and chop up one head of cauliflower, red pepper, and cucumber, then roast a bunch of radishes with rosemary and chill them before adding to the fresh cut mix (I promise the flavor is worth the oven being on just for a little bit). 😉

NOTE: yes, it's quicker to chop the cauliflower with a food processor, but the mess, hassle, and potential to create a purée rather than a rice isn't worth it, plus, that #slapchop! 😎
