STEP 1

Experiment of getting the ball off the ground with your feet. Try variations of rolling the ball onto your foot and then flicking the ball straight up.  Tie a variety of moves while the ball is in the air during juggling. The Around the World soccer move requires moving your foot over beneath the soccer ball before continuing to juggle.

STEP 2

Learn the rainbow football move to get the ball off juggling and the ground. Begin with your position foot in front of the ball. Use the laces of your back foot to roll the ball before propelling the ball into the air and flicking up your heel. If you roll the ball only slightly up your ankle, the ball will travel backward, and rolling too high will lead to little height. Practice to gain a sense of the ball -- the goal is to continue juggling the ball by throwing up and over your head or shoulder to then catch again with your foot.

Catch and balance the ball while juggling without the ball touching the floor. For example, grab the ball on your foot and pause before continuing to juggle.  Try the same move with your neck by bending forward to catch the ball.
