Kale Chips… super easy, super tasty, super-food snack! Packed with antioxidants, this leafy green is known as one of the healthiest veggies on the planet!!
1 bunch of kale, washed
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
kosher salt to taste
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Strip the leaves from the tough stem and tear into bite size pieces.
Spread kale out on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and toss well. Sprinkle with salt. Make sure the kale is in a single layer (not stacked on top of each other).
Pop in oven for 30 minutes.
