Tasty Tuesday: The Green Smoothie

Top off the Morning with a delicious smoothie (well, anytime really). This guy is yummy, and gives you just the right punch of fruits and veggies to make your day delightfully healthy! 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups greens (I used spinach) Kale is great too! 

Blend and enjoy! Don’t let the color get to you… I promise this is so good and you will not taste the greens!
