Vegan Pomegranate Chocolate Bark
2/3 cup cacao powder
½ cup maple syrup
½ cup coconut oil, melted
1 pomegranate de-seeded
1 teaspoon sea salt
Add the first three ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour mixture into a saran wrap lined pan. Pour pomegranate seeds evenly across the chocolate and push them down.
Sprinkle with sea salt and place bark in the freezer for 20 minutes. Break chocolate apart once frozen and ENJOY!!
