Return Policy

Swoob cares about what you choose to wear and takes pride in the sweat and effort we put into every product we develop.  All sportswear products come with a no-questions-asked, 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the activewear product back to us, and we recommend using a shipping method with tracking for your return. 

We will do our best to process your refund as fast as we run.  Please allow us 1-3 business days of receipt to process your refund and realize that your bank may take another 2 and 10 days to credit your card. 

*Swoob Snack Boxes and Swoob Fitness Boxes are a subscription based service.  See Terms and Conditions for details around the service.  Returns will be processed for unopened box contents only.  

Please Note:
• Only prepaid items will be accepted for return; CODs cannot be accepted
• Free outbound shipping will be provided for replacement sportswear products
• Please securely pack item being sent back in its original package, if possible
• Abuses to the return policy, such as abnormal wear and tear, are subject to Swoob’s discretion
• If your Swoob product was purchased from one of our preferred retailers, we request that you work directly through that dealer on any return issue
• Only unopened snack boxes and fitness boxes will be processed

Follow these instructions 
1. Pack the item securely in its original package, if possible 
2. Include your packing slip or order number to reference your order information 
3. Make any notes on packing slip as to size preference or other reason for return
3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries (we suggest USPS) 
4. For your protection, we recommend that you ship with tracking. Retain the tracking number for your records 
5. Ship your return package, with return authorization number, to the following address:
